The thing that most prospective homeowners these days look for is a good balance between seclusion and easy access to important facilities – that is just what you will get when you live in Grand Monaco Southpoint. The subdivision is located rather deep inside the residential zone of Paranaque, which is a bit far from the main Sucat-Paranaque Road, but not so far that it will take you more than five minutes to reach it from the main gate. Once you reach the main road, a whole world of opportunities will lie before you.
Surely, you value the health and well-being of your family before everything else. That’s the reason why you need to know if there are hospitals that are near your living space. If you do choose to live in Grand Monaco Southpoint, you will be glad to know that there are several hospitals along the main road, which, as mentioned earlier, is just a couple of minutes away. First, you will find the Unihealth-Paranaque Hospital and Medical Center, which is just a short way away from the junction of the street leading to the Grand Monaco Southpoint. This hospital is fully equipped to handle all kinds of illnesses and emergencies. If you and your spouse is expecting a child, there is a nearby maternity hospital that is closer than the Unihealth Hospital.
If you are looking for other types of medical treatments, you can find dozens of different clinics just by keeping your eyes open while driving down the Paranaque-Sucat Road. Here, you will find dermatological, dental, family and pediatric clinics, and other kinds of medical services.
The next thing that you might be looking for is a school where you can enroll your children. There is the Southville International School and Colleges, which is just in the neighboring BF Homes Northwest. This school is around 10 to 15 minutes away from the main gate of the Grand Monaco. Since there is no need to go out to the main road, the traffic conditions are usually just light to moderate.
You will also find an APEC School that is around four kilometers away, down the Paranaque-Sucat Road. There are quite a lot of different private and public schools in the area so you should browse around to see what will suit your kids the best.
However, there are not that many colleges and universities near the area. If you have college-aged children, they will be commuting quite a lot if they won’t be staying in a dormitory near their campuses. Yes, there are still quite a number of smaller colleges and institutes near the Grand Monaco. However, if you want to enroll your kids to one of the larger universities, they will need to travel to the neighboring city of Manila. This means they will need to commute for around an hour one way, which is not that bad at all, but it would be better for them to live in a dormitory and just go back home during the weekends.
Speaking of commuting, there are different forms of public transportation that ply their routes in the streets near the Grand Monaco. Once you reach the main road, you will find even more transportation options.
